The Speaking Test assesses your ability to communicate in English and is conducted by an IELTS examiner. The test consists of three parts and takes approximately 11 to 15 minutes to complete. In Part 1, you will be asked questions about familiar and general topics, such as your work, family, studies, interests, and hobbies. The entire test is recorded.<\/p>

In Part 2 of the test, you will be given a topic to talk about. You will be provided with a piece of paper and a pencil and will have one minute to prepare before speaking about the topic for two minutes. In Part 3, you will be asked more complex questions related to the topic discussed in Part 2.<\/p>
